We purchased a condo downtown that we fully renovated. We staged the property, hired a full time short term rental manager, and offered it to our network.

 

We partnered with someone who brought some cash to the table, and we are splitting the monthly profits.

 

Other 2 bedrooms in the building are renting for $1,100 and after only 1 month we have more than doubled our monthly income, and expect it to plateau around $3200 per month.
