We had a wholesale deal under contract for a bungalow that could be suited in north Edmonton. Through our network, a realtor found some investor buyers who ended up purchasing the property for only $269,000.
They have since renovated and put a legal suite in the basement and sold it for a profit. They are currently looking for more deals like this!
